JH Lavender & Co Ltd - Investment December 2010

This investment program includes the creation of a new die casting hall, installation of a Colosio closed loop 1600T automated diecasting cell and additional alloy melting facility. The building extension also enables the re-location of the die making function and the re-alignment of the existing gravity foundry.
On completion of this stage of the extension a further construction project commences for a new fully enclosed storage and component despatch function.

Project update 13th December 2010

“Only 5 months after commencing the groundwork, the 1600T diecasting cell is now fully commissioned and has manufactured the first components for JH Lavender’s new customer. This level of detailed project management is provided to all JH Lavender projects”.

Project update 6th December 2010

“One of JH Lavender’s existing 750T Colosio diecasting machines has now also been installed in the new diecasting hall. This 750T diecasting cell will also be commissioned as a fully automatic cell using a Kuka 6 axis robot”.
